Industry leading product, difficult relationship between product marketing and sales. Lots of competitors are fast followers, difficult time retaining sales engineers and pretty middle tier mid level management creates challenges conveying corporate vision to the front line sales org. Surprising churn for a well funded startup with great benefits.

Incredibly premium product, but also doesn't add so much more that it's clearly worth it. Huge disparity in pay between SDR's, which became known to everyone recently, but no real will to fix it. There hasn't been a promotion to MM-AE/CSR from the SDR pool in a year, despite qualified senior candidates, as leadership for the MM AE's favored hiring outside talent....Read More
