My overall experience was good in 2021 but the company lacked vision and products that were acquired did not work and had many issues which led to mis management and eventually reduction in force (RIF)

Cofense has some great Fortune 1000 clients and in general their services are good. Although, Management "appears to listen" and say they want feedback but they "know best" and don't seem to truly understand why prospective clients are not buying.
