If you need a job, they will hire you, ask around the Band in the role you're interviewing for. this is not a career its a pitstop unless you get lucky and a tenured rep is leaving as you come in. Is what it is, if you need a job, take it. if you have options, they are probably better than this place.

I would have rather been laid off than been transitioned into a Direct role for this company. Daily Channel conflict, no clear process and or procedure and absolutely zero thought about how the companies decisions will impact the customer! The epitome of a toxic work environment!

Bare compensation with no room for growth. Ramp too short to develop pipeline for attaining quota consistently. Very high turn over.
