I wouldn’t say the benefits outside of compensation opportunity is great, and it is hard to make it. Most hired will be terminated within the first 6 months. But if you are a rep that can succeed here, the sky is the limit as far as what you are able to earn.

Base salary is okay but 0.001% of the whole sales org is probably hitting quota or even selling anything.
