Current Employee This company is not a place that encourages growth. Most of the sales come from existing customers and everyone is either fighting for or working the same accounts. The ROE here makes no sense. There are NAM’s working RAM accounts, GAM’s working NAM accounts and the competition internally is draining and discouraging.
The managers only focus on their heavy hitters and give them warm leads while the people who struggle are forced out after 6 months unless they can get a sale.
There is no diversity at the top and the CRM is horrible.
