Base pay is generally generous for the industry but commission structure is slim. Sometimes opportunity is lesser, and there's not much individual associates can do to hit goals/earn more commission in those months. When busy, opportunity is pretty endless for growth and amount of work, but again it's dependent on the financial market.

The pay is low for the amount of work. The company does not have very much room to grow with major competition
