Former Employee Advantage - Low quota compared to most shops and much higher base rate. No one hits quota but if you could in theory you can make money.
Downside - everything else. Garbage culture, horrendously complicated product with poor support, worst Solution Engineering. Good luck making quota here. Unreal churn, both seller and executive. Haven’t seen a leader stay here in my 3 years here. Selling into Data Governance is a wasteland, I’d rather watch paint dry than sell a data catalog (that doesn’t work).
