Current Employee My experience has been shaped by a persistent tension between top-down strategy and bottom-up execution. At the top, competitive threats are often met with slow responses or underestimation—almost as if market disruptors are taken for granted due to the company’s scale. This creates a vulnerability, especially when protecting the base and articulating a clear, compelling value proposition should be front and center.
Meanwhile, the front line is left to figure out how to win in real time, often without the resources or speed needed to make a meaningful impact. It’s an uphill battle—one where timing is critical, but support is delayed or misaligned. That disconnect between strategic urgency and operational enablement has been the biggest challenge.
