Current Employee3.0Feb 27, 2025Tougher and tougher every year. Large emphasis on selling cellphones which don’t give you much in commission. That has completely ruined the comp plan. Almost no ability to move up, you’ll get blocked trying to get promoted or go to other departments.

We were doing much more than we were being paid for. I think that overall it was a positive place to work, but the go-getters could have had more to gain.
