Former Employee Very fast paced environment with all systems being automated during the account opening process (AI). Little to no motivation in reaching your sales goals. If you want a foot in the door to banking, this is great option. They train you fast and throw you out to the wolves after about a month and a half. I succeeded in this role with achievements to prove it but the pay was not competitive. You could be given assistant management duties - aka training new employees and not be appreciated or compensated - most likely the new hires are getting paid more than you are. That was my case.
