ConMed has some solid products but definitely has some holes in the Orthopaedic side. You’re experience can also depend on if you a distributor or direct employee. My experience with a distributor was not great but that’s not necessarily the case for other distributors across the nation. If you’re itching to get into med device they are actually a great start. Training is enough to make you dangerous and you’ll see tons of different procedures.

It’s good but there has been a lot of shift in leadership. Some things they do well but others areas they can really improve on. If you hangout long enough, you’ll be promoted which can be frustrating that. They really don’t look to improve their processes within the company and if something doesn’t go well then they blame the sales force
