Starting job out of college. Seemed like there was more promise than what was actually delivered. Still had it's perks and had great training/development, but the salary was horrible.

Low pay. There is no sales process here. You will get a CRM built in the late 90s that they continue to use today and that is all. Multiple middle management folks that have never sold or had a quota in tech sales that can't help or offer incites or a sales process. Some Managers care more about how many days you are in the office than they care about actual sales.

Compensation for sales needs an overhaul. Management is interesting...quit spending money an lame training and tools that go by the wayside, and worry about our pay system. Sales hasn't had accurate visibility into our Bi weekly pay in YEARS!
