Former Employee If you're curious about the sales org at Connex watch "boiler-room". Though there won't be a Vin Diesel character to stir the pot, there won't be a deal closed, and there definitely won't be a luxury vehicle in the parking lot. This organization has "woozy-wazy" financing; not a soul in the org. knows how operations are being funded. The CRO is so desperate that he's offering outside licenses to non-credible "boiler room type" BPOs to provide clients to limit servicing. They seem to have tricked properly credentialed (strong academic program/past professional experience at highly credible and well-known companies) individuals to join aboard. For example, they hire sales reps in bands but have to overnight order mass-produced cardboard like Amazon desktops to seat them. You may or may not receive the necessary hardware or software components to fulfill your role responsibilities.
The closest thing you'll get to understanding the vision of the company will come from an individual who, himself, is left in the dark. Legacy employees are not skeptical; they'll offer nothing.
High turnover because of the non-professional individuals, a retroactive product road map, and a flimsy structure that complete the ideal destined-to-fail organization.
