Very poor fit in terms of market with US team not having a clear idea on how it works. Working equipment is hard to come by (numbers come up as spam, and many others have headsets that do not work and they will not fix). Great place to use as an ATM as you search for a different job, which lots of people appear to be doing. I do not know how much longer I or the other reps have or just the company in general. Management creates rather quite a hostile work environment.

Connex AI is fairly new to the US market so the lack of inbound interest mainly comes from lack of name recognition. The product is pretty good and the quality of customer service offered is much better than competitors like NICE, Genesis, etc. This is a challenging market because there are a lot of options.
