Current Employee The enterprise side of our company is going through a lot of tone deaf changes that severely impact reps. Upper leadership is either completely disconnected or just doesn’t care about reps input. I used to love working for this company but it’s increasingly become more difficult to work here. Things are a mess on this side right now and no clear direction or window into if and when they’ll get better. Only the reps that grind way more hours than salaried for hit quota and even then it’s only a few. And that was before the changes.
