Bar a few months where barely any reps hit target, they did a good job of setting realistic goals for BDRs. Upward mobility is lacking and management is not transparent enough, but there is an okay amount of inbound flow. Base pay is lower than it should be as well, and marketing's idea of an ICP rarely aligns with the leads they market to You often had to fit a square peg in a round hole to sell.

Harddddcore sales role with micromanagement like you wouldn't believe. They recently changed their sales structure to a pooling system instead of a "work-you-own-leads" system. You're lucky to hit goal and they say they don't play favorites, but they must because reps who used to be on top are getting demolished and average reps are smoking it. All in all, work...Read More
