People are great, product is so-so but unrealistic expectations as far as quota attainment. Whole sales team left or was let go as well as SDR team. Inbounds are a joke. Outbound, forget about it! Good luck is all I can say.

The culture at this company overall is great but the sales team is a mess. No process, no structure, no attempt to make this better. No onboarding. You are expected to figure it out for yourself when you start and that continues through out the entire role.
