The C suite changes every couple of months, they dont pay their people out correctly and systems and processes are a mess, the leaders don't do much at all, and the caliber is low here. Not 1 person hit quota out of a few dozen new logo reps in '22 due to over hiring and shrinking territories but expect that to shift with yet another leadership shake up
