Commission is uncapped, and leadership wants their AEs to be successful, so you will have a lot of flexibility on how to find and close an opportunity. You'll get assigned a ton of accounts and some current customer accounts however, support on lead gen is very limited. Working with Solution Engineers can be hit or miss too. Best way to be successful is by staying organized and keeping the Solutions Engineers accountable to next steps. The company is still figuring out what it wants to be known for and what it will sell. There are a lot of conflicting messages to sellers on what products and solutions to focus on, but if you focus on what customers are buying, you will have a better chance at success. Ultimately, you have to be scrappy and be willing to spend the majority of your day prospecting, or else you will have almost no deals.
