A leading VAR - some offices really struggle. There were also commission decelerators and if an item couldnt be sourced, or had to be replaced, it came out of margin

The company has good leadership (at the C-Level) and sales culture. Mid level sales leadership can be improved. Product and market fit can be further developed and marketing can be better developed to help with inbound lead and opportunity flow.
