Poorly run organization - comprised of lots of smaller teams that were former acquisitions of C1. This makes the company feel disjointed and processes are overly complicated.

Not the best company. Lay offs were crazy and unexpected. And the people they laid off made no sense. Some with a long tenure with the company, some who were no.
