Company in decline past couple of years. Questionable leadership and GTM. Too many changes that end up being changed back to what they were. Offshore balance skewed to much offshore.

A bunch of great regional companies combined by PE into a single group. Can't deliver solutions or engineering support to sales team members who do 80% of their business as renewals.
