Current Employee Great company with great people and good opportunities if you come into existing customers and accounts.
Depending what vertical you go into sales cycle can be very lengthy 12-18 months+ and entering into a very saturated market with little wiggle room.
However, some verticals and markets Convergint owns a ton of share and there are great opportunities to make a ton of money and see success. Really depends where you're at, what vertical and what cards you're tell. Just like any other sales job and org.
