Current Employee I think Convex is a good company to work for overall. I've been here for a decent amount of time, enough time to see the pros and cons. To start with the positives, the compensation is excellent. It's extremely competitive. It's also highly diverse. There has yet to be a time where I feel excluded. In terms of improvement, there needs to be clear-cut expectations around responsibilities and work hours. Often, I hear different things from various individuals, leading to misunderstandings. I think this is a result of a lack of transparency. Besides that, I think it's a good company to be a part of.
