They are ramping up to go public and are making a ton of changes that are not beneficial to the employee. Run for the hills.

Interview process was smooth. You will do 4 rounds. They will also switch you from a role that you originally applied for if they see value in you. That role may be significantly lower than what you expected. For my sake, that was $8K off my base and $25K off my OTE. They do pay out at OTE rate for the first 4 weeks during the ramp period.
