Great experience as an endoscopy district manager at Cook Medical. Products and the Cook name are well-respected by clients. Overall compensation was lower than competitors, but the benefits and culture were very good. Generally, hard work and a team player attitude are recognized and rewarded. Experienced moderate levels of product back order and shipping delays, the result of an archaic supply chain. Mid-level managers are hit and miss. Product and sales training is some of the best I've experienced.
