Current Employee In an account management type of role. Lots of pain and disruptions commonly found in tech-startups but they are completely avoidable. Understaffed and over worked. Lots of tenured people leaving. We are also a 10yr old 'startup' , 5yrs in a GTM motion that hasn't been purchased yet. seem to have peaked at $130m ARR.
Current leadership is feeling pressure from VC and the need to be profitable trickles all the way down. Was completely remote when I joined but big RTO iniciatives if you are within 60mins to major city.
Issues from 2yrs ago when I joined my current team have been recognized but not been addressed. Some CSMs cover 300+ accounts...
