Company talks a good game about "People are the Code," but Sr. Exec's use racial slurs in team meetings and are not chastised for it, they regularly fire new parents returning from leave etc. Good product, atrocious upper management and moral compass.

My overall experience was ok, they had a round of layoffs which created a lot instability. The product is very good but very niche.
