Product is over complicated and a nice to have, not necessary. Sales leadership sets unrealistic quotas then will put you on a PIP and fire you when you don't reach them. Sales is extremely technical and Copado doesn't make it easy for the customer to buy. Stay FAR AWAY!

No stability, high turnover. Executives keep coming up with half-baked plans that lead nowhere, leaving employees feeling directionless, anxious, and reactive.
