Current Employee There are a lot of positives about the business:
- Great product
- Great people
- Innovation around AI
- The solution truly makes an impact to Salesforce implementations which in turn impacts how businesses operate at scale.
Negatives:
- Highly unrealistic sales targets which almost no one hits.
- The business only truly supports the US. All other regions are distant "afterthoughts".
- Although the product is great, it has a much higher barrier to entry than competitors (in terms of price, commercial model and effort) making selling it more challenging that it should be.
