Coming from a few spots that lacked a good market fit or where just in a difficult spot... Copado has been a breath of fresh air. Horrible leadership, revolving door of senior managers, no CRO for over 6 months, no strategy for growth and a dangerous level of bullying with no one in HR to report these problems.
