New management to align with the 'Channel First' motion. Recently brought in some big time names in the cybersecurity world (mostly from ProofPoint) so I'd say the trajectory is higher. Have been lots of growing pains (lots of layoffs, bringing in reps from other orgs, still no comp plan as of June).

Leadership has no direction. I was mislead by the hiring team when I started and was promised a quick path to promotion and that is definitely not the case. If you are looking to hone your skills as a BDR for 2 years then Coro is the place for you, but if you are looking to get to a closing role quickly then I would look elsewhere. My overall experience at Coro has been moderate. There is not a great base salary, the commission structure has changed several times without prior warning. The development and career path is the worst I've seen or heard of. There is zero training offered for the next role besides personal development outside of work hours.
