It has good pay for the market however the company has moved to a different sales comp plan and given its AEs unattainable quotas. No going in the right direction

Overall very positive in 2-3 years at Coursera. Being a remote-first company has its challenges with respect to developing a culture so you will likely meet with your customers more than your colleagues. You get the results based on what you put in here. Very much a sink-or-swim environment.
