Coursera has a great mission and purpose. The product was very popular during Covid. After that first big wave, interested moved on. The product is great for smaller businesses to train team, but less of enterprise clients. Limited leads and limited ability to earn, made me leave

My overall experience was that the GTM team is generally all great to work with - but Coursera is severely lacking PMF in enterprise, specifically coursera for business, and is churning customers like crazy right now. Not investing in product fundamentals with an over-reliance of AI as a strategy.
