Cox is a fantastic company. However, lately they’ve done a smart growth initiative where they make goals entirely too high so no one can hit them. 20% of my team has hit goal. Other teams are 20 to 30%. Meaning they’re not getting their full commission payout. The company however, is making great profits on the bottom line due to this. The culture at Cox has always been really amazing with great leadership. They have fantastic benefits. However, I would not expect high commission payouts from this company anymore.
