My overall experience at CarMax was filled with multiple responsibilities and lack of compensation to make the work worth it.

My overall experience was great for learning all the traits of being a good sales representative. The training was great.. But unfortunately no base salary, commisions are lower comparatively to most dealerships, no incentives besides presidents club and management would micromanage.
