PE-backed firm. Recently brought in a wave of ex-Cognizant leadership and, at the same time, has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs impacting delivery and sales. Leadership changes have shifted the culture and priorities pretty quickly. Strategy feels less focused on organic growth and more on short-term cost cutting. Morale is mixed – some solid people remain, but turnover is high and trust in leadership has taken a hit.

Company lacks leadership and direction. Sales reps are hamstrung with comp plans that require certain gates to be hit before any commissions are paid. And this is based on service delivery which can take months. Very demotivating comp plan and also why they’re hemorrhaging sales reps.
