Most reps leave around the 1 year mark when they realize the trajectory of the company and the lack of product market fit.

Craft offers an interesting product, but the company doesn't understand who their market should be and are trying to swim in a really crowded pool without the necessary functionality. Overall very weak leadership with no general direction for the company.
