Bank kept changing who they targeted, readjusted rates based on where they wanted to set comp. This led to building a BOB in established markets only to need to pivot when they raised rates on Jumbo in favor of conventional. Overall bad experience and did not like the organization at all

Terrible company. Terrible leadership. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Highly recommend using it to cut your teeth on the phones but looking to leave ASAP.
