Leadership is heavily focused on overall company goals without emphasizing how collaboration amongst the teams get us there. There is a strong lack of clarity on how promotions work, we are hiring from the outside instead of promoting from within.

Onboarding was hectic, they left me out to dry sink or swim, then they beefed up the process with training and product knowledge. The learning curve is very intense if you are not familiar with industry terms. They took a lot of trips to places, you would have to see if this company is for its not for everyone.

Experience so far has been great - the culture and leadership seems to really look to set people up for success. Clear that they look to develop and promote form within. The one critique I could have would be onboarding - bit chaotic and could maybe be curated a bit more to be naturally progressive.
