Cyara has a decent niche solution, in a market with almost no competition. The business is owned by PE firm K1 Ventures, who overpaid for the business in 2022, and are now driving it into the ground. The new-ish Leadership Team are all new K1 lapdogs with no sector expertise whatsoever.

Cyara had a great product and good team members. There is little to no professional development here, no leads whatsoever. Brought in new leadership and laid off people every 3 months. Stay away there is absolutely no way to hit quota here or have any sense of job security.

Their sales culture is no sales culture. Success is not celebrated. Compensation isn't enough to accept their culture. Also, their product has a 12-18 month sales cycle for enterprise sales and they give 6 months to make quota.
