Poor bro culture at the time. Many team members were friends and took care of each other over other reps. Example: top producer was roommates with head of lead gen team. Hot quote taking three weeks off in the month.

The Five9 product presents very well. Pricing is a bit high for the industry. Sales Leadership is very connected outside of the company, family members bringing in other family memebers
