Former Employee The sales team stuck together very well and planned and implemented joint activities as a team. The direct manager was also an outstanding guy who was a great leader. But the management at VP level was a disaster. Rumors were going around for weeks that the company was going to downsize. Due to the ongoing conflicts in the Middle East, development also stalled for more than two years. The CEO, who has since been replaced, had no vision for the company, so there was no goal to work towards. In the meantime, an outstanding product had been massively run down by the management (see Gartner).
