Current Employee Thrown to the wolves with zero training. Support is extremely lacking. Colleagues who have been there a few years all say how new leadership came from the competitor and completely changed the culture. Company rankings have dropped tremendously and people are leaving. I have already seen two from my team leave after a few months. I am actively looking myself. Sales support reps have way too much on their plate and cant keep up which causes a chain reaction of complaints and not being able to follow through on your word.
