My experience at DailyPay has been challenging. They hired a lot of reps and the leads are virtually non-existent these days, while the team notably struggles with outbound prospecting. While we have BDRs, we are still expected to carry a lot of the load (albeit with very little success). Since the new CCO came in, it feels like the goal posts are always moving and it’s very difficult to win.
