My experience as a BDR at DailyPay has been great. There’s a lot of room for growth within the company, and they’re currently in an expansion phase. The work environment is supportive, and you’re encouraged to take ownership of your role and development while they also help you with trainings like Sandler. Plus, it’s great to be part of a company that’s making a change in the finance/payroll space. Would recommend DailyPay to anyone.

New leadership is leveraging fear to motivate people. This has created a somewhat stressful environment. Too many changes too soon also bring uncertainty.
