Current Employee Overall, working at Dassault has been a mix of strong selling opportunities and frustrating internal processes. On the positive side, the solutions are strong and there’s real value to present to customers. I was able to grow business, introduce new licensing models, and close multi-year agreements by focusing on ROI and long-term customer value. The company does give reps the chance to work on large, complex enterprise deals, which can be very rewarding.
The biggest challenges are internal. Processes around legal, approvals, and deal structuring can be slow and create unnecessary friction, sometimes making it harder to close business than it should be. It often felt like extra effort was required to navigate the internal system compared to the time spent with customers.
Overall, I’d describe it as a strong sales opportunity if you’re comfortable managing complexity and willing to push through internal hurdles. It definitely sharpens your ability to work in complex enterprise environments, but you have to be resilient and creative to succeed. Browse Other Reviews
