My overall experience at Siemens was fantastic. A global leader in many products and solutions. They have an extremely competent engineering group and are very well structured to be successful.

I learned a lot in this role and I value the experience I gained. The variable comp is where sales execs make the majority of their overall comp, and my last few years at Siemens upper management made drastic cuts to the sales comp plan. The match in the 401k is great.
