My overall experience has been good. The people have been absolutely tremendous and I have learned so much. While the sales cycle and product market fit has been tough over the years, the experience I gained here is simply irreplaceable.

When interviewing, make sure to ask for proof of team performance. No AE or SDR is hitting quota except for the first sales hire they made in ENT. My overall experience was bad. This company grew to ~100 employees way too fast, they hire and fire people every month, and they had holiday layoffs.

Smart product but no sales leadership internally. OTE is not attainable. If interviewing ask how many reps have hit annual quota in the last two years. More specifically ask about turnover rate and future plans for sales leadership.
