Current Employee The compensation structure favors the wider average sales rep hitting their quota and maintaining tenure for average producing sales reps. It does not incentivize top sales reps. There is capped compensation at Datasite, which has led top sales reps to leave and disincentivizes sales of top deals, because ultimately quota in the middle of the year is raised when large deals are brought in. They basically slash your already agreed upon comp plan and assign additional quota to reps and managers when larger deals are won. Browse Other Reviews
